Who we are

Qodenova is a product development company. We build digital products for founders, businesses, and agencies.

This website is operated by GetSet Ventures, trading as Qodenova, registered at Edamuttam, Thrissur, Kerala 680568, India.

What we collect

The contact form is the only place this site collects personal information. When you submit it we receive:

• Your first name and last name
• Your email address
• The project type you selected
• Your description of the project
• Your company name, if you choose to enter one
• Your expected requirements, if you choose to enter them
• The date and time you submitted the form

What we do not collect

We do not ask for a postal address, a phone number, or payment details anywhere on this site.

We do not load fonts, images, or embeds from other companies' servers. The typefaces are served from our own domain, so browsing this site does not tell a third party that you were here — with the single exception of the analytics described below.

Why we use it

To read your enquiry, reply to it, and discuss whether we are the right fit for your project. That is the only purpose.

We do not sell your information, share it for advertising, or add you to a marketing list. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to anything.

Where it is stored, and who else can see it

Your enquiry is stored in a database hosted by Supabase, configured so that submitted enquiries cannot be read publicly — reading them requires our private credentials.

We use Brevo to send two emails when you submit the form: one to our own inbox containing your enquiry, and one confirmation to you. Brevo processes your name, email address, and the contents of your message in order to deliver them.

This website is hosted by Vercel, which processes the technical information any web server sees, such as your IP address and browser type.

These companies act as our service providers. They process your information so that we can operate the site and reply to you, not for their own purposes.

Analytics and cookies

We use Vercel Analytics to count page views. It does not use cookies and does not identify individual visitors.

We also use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser and sends information about your visit — including the pages you view and a shortened version of your IP address — to Google, which may process it outside your country.

You can block these cookies through your browser settings or Google's opt-out browser add-on, and the site will continue to work normally.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can also object to how we are using it.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and change the effective date at the top. We will not apply a change retrospectively to information you have already given us without telling you.
